what is EFT?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and is particularly effective for clearing negativity. With its roots in acupuncture, shiatsu and other similar therapies, EFT works by tapping on specific meridian points (hubs where acupuncture points meet). This ‘smoothes out’ any disruption or block in the body’s subtle electrical system, which is the cause of any emotional or physical pain.

EFT works exceptionally well for post-traumatic stress, phobias and cravings, as well as physical pain. However, both EFT and NLP are content-free, so if you’d find it too difficult to talk openly about an issue you’d like to address, it can be worked on simply by identifying how you feel and where you feel it physically.
