A session will typically be two hours long, particularly if it’s the first. This enables us to fully talk around the issues you’d like to work on and allows time for treatment, which may be solely NLP or EFT, or a mixture of both. Hypnosis may be required but is not always essential.

Dawn recommends a half-hour follow-up session after your sessions are complete to ensure you are seeing results in the areas you wanted. In the vast majority of cases any changes made are permanent. If, however, you feel something is still not right, it’s invariably because another issue has come to the fore, which can then be worked on!

Some sessions may take place outside the therapy room, for example to test a phobia of some kind, to work with somebody on their sports performance, or if the client is physically unable to travel.

Dawn is a registered NLP and EFT practitioner who keeps herself up to speed with all developments in these areas. She has recently completed courses in New Code NLP and physical healing.

In accordance with the Society of NLP, Dawn’s hourly rate is £65.
