The programs are made up of four main components: 

  1. Getting to know each other and setting goals/objectives

  2. Release of whatever’s holding you back

  3. Building the positivity within you

  4. Support as you live with the new you in the ‘real world’

We undertake reviews every three sessions or so to make sure we are keeping on track with the objectives set out initially. You are held and supported through every step of your transformation.
